ABOUT
Sasha Desmarais Zalob is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He has worked with a wide variety of children and adults, specializing in the treatment of autism and other developmental disorders. Originally educated and trained in California, Sasha has studied and trained in some of the leaders involved in Pivotal Response Training (PRT) out of UC Santa Barbara. He earned a Master’s of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in ABA from National University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whittier College. In addition to his private practice, Sasha currently works as an Autism Consultant for the Center of Excellence for Autism at the Lester B. Pearson School Board. Additionally, he provides supervision for individuals studying for and aiming to maintain their RBT and BCaBA certifications through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (https://www.bacb.com/), as well as students completing the DESS behavior intervention for autism (DESS UQAM) program at the Université de Quebec à Montreal (UQAM).
